How this deck works
Most of these cards are from a collaboration booster (CB for short) which feature the Kamen Riders and a relatively new effect called <Change>. <Change> is an effect that is played from your hand. After the card's <Change> effect activates, you can either choose to discard the card or replace it with a card on your field in refreshed condition. And if the spirit is currently in battle, continue the battle. This means if you use <Change> in each attack, basically you can consecutively attack given that you have enough core. The main attacker in this deck is actually not an X-rare card but rather a common card or a Master rare card. Kamen Rider Kiva Garulu Form (CB06 C 021) and Kamen Rider Kiva Dogabaki Form (CB06 M 034) have an effect at level 2 which is if their attack decreases the opponent's life, once per turn, it's refreshed. You use either one to perform an attack, if the opponent blocks, use a <Change> effect to refresh the attacking Spirit. If the opponent does not block, lucky! Take a life, get a free refresh for that Spirit and attack again but use a <Change> effect if it's a second attack. Repeat the process if you have enough cores. If you manage to draw Kivat Bat the 3rd (CB06 R 069), brave with the attackers mentioned earlier and in each attack, you can do double damage to opponent's life if they choose not to block. The <Change> effect of the aforementioned cards only requires 2 cores at minimum and if you have Castle Doran (CB06 R 073) deployed, you can use those <Change> effects at no cost by just exhausting Castle Doran. If the opponent only has one life and you want to play safe, use Kamen Rider Kiva Emperor Form's attacking effect to finish him/her off easily (if they have something on their field).
